After having an awful experience with Toyota in Katy, I connected with BCS Toyota online and worked with Brianna to find a 4Runner TRD Pro. My search started in August. I was back and forth on color but she kept communicating with me as she got information about what was coming to them.. after 2024 colors were released, I decided on the underground color and it was ready right at the start of the new year. It was a painless experience; they were honest and upfront on new vehicle pricing/terms and took care of me for the trade in. I appreciate all they did and it was more than worth the hour drive to College Station to be treated respectfully!

Horrible customer service. Got a letter through the mail taking about a defect and called about it. They said they’d call me back but never did. Called back again and they said the same thing but still never called back. Called the third time and finally got through but the technician tried to claim that the defect never existed. Told him the claim number and he tried to claim they the problem was already fixed despite the fact that the vehicle has never been seen for that problem. Technician was dragging his feet about setting up an appointment and said they they have to physically see the problem or else they won’t even do an inspection. Can’t believe anyone is willing to do business with this dealership.
If you’re looking to get a car then go somewhere else. Plenty of other Toyota dealerships around BCS within driving distances are out there. This place will sell you a car and screw you if there’s a defect.
